Think MTUC beat UCC in the league a few weeks ago but was on in middle of club activity so prob plenty missing either way

I think you're right - word was that both teams were missing plenty. Damien Gore looked excellent, though.

UCC hurlers will always be there or thereabouts but the loss of Conway, Coleman, Fitzgibbon, Kingston to name just 4, is huge. 2 away games also in Limerick and Galway will surely test them. Bring it on though - great competition

I think NUIG were pulled out twice during the draw, you think they’d have learned from the champions league mistakes the day before!
