To those of ye who want to waste yere money Newestown are 5/1 to winn. I'm backing Kanturk to beat the rockies at 10/3

Spoke to a pal last night who knows a thing or two about hurling and he reckoned Kanturk could surprise the Rockies.

He thinks The Glen will beat Fr O'Neils but it might not be by enough - he says for The Glen to go through they'd have to beat Fr O'Neills by 11 - (whatever points Kanturk beat the Rockies by). Is that correct?

Of course, if the Rockies and Glen both win then both are through. Kanturk v Rockies he says is out in Mournabbey and worth a flutter at 10/3

It was only 2/3 years ago i'd say Rebels Online were showing Nemo v Kilbrittain in the last group game of the Premier Junior.
Be more chance of Donald showing up to a game in Charleville next week than Clubber showing any game below Senior A.

They'd about 4 camogie games in Tipp on last night then.

Kanturk beating any team would not be a surprise imo.
A big strong powerful team with plenty of hurling , possibly a little short of options off the bench but if everyone of their squad concentrated on hurling only I think they probably could have five on the Cork senior hurling panel..Brian O Sullivan , Alan, Colin , Tommy and Paul Walsh.
Darren Browne isn't far off that level either.

Some wide open groups in senior a & prem intermediate. Would be great to have the option to watch some essentially knock out stage games this weekend.

Kanturk have a great chance if they play Colin and Alan Walsh together in the full foward line. They will have problems marking Robbie Cotter. There will be no love lost between the teams after a certainty Blackrock player pulling off his own helmet to get a Kanturk player sent off last year.

I believe the ccb are blocking Clubber from showing alot of the games.

If so there must obviously me a minimum amount they are allowed to show per round of fixtures

I'd say a minimum of 4? Just quickly looking at the other rounds . Which is very poor imo.
