I saw all the Kanturk team down in Killarney yesterday evening and fully deserved for them. A few pints won’t undo the months of hard work they have done.

I wouldn’t impose Killarney on anyone to be honest. Certainly not by way of a reward for a job well done

I’m hopeful that the recent ignominy of relegation will spur the Glen team to redouble their efforts,

Management as well as the players should realise that things like superior numbers or a strong wind won’t win the game - it’ll take hard work, guts, and determination on the pitch, and tactical nous on the line.

agreed and same for us, we have to realise the next game is season defining, win and we are back in the hunt, lose and we are sucked in to a relegation final, I hope we see a performance that reflects that

We are in serious trouble with a scoring difference between ourselves and Bride rovers of 16 points .2 victories may not guarantee that we qualify and we will need a favour fron Midleton

What happens if Newtown and Douglas lose their 2 remaining games and finish on 1 point each but every other team wins one game ?

Do Newtown and Douglas play in the relegation final as bottom two teams?

I’m open to correction, but I believe 2 teams from the same group can’t meet in relegation final.

No it will come down to points difference in that group to see who finishes bottom and be put in the relagation final against the next one of the other two groups teams who have the worst points difference, if that makes sense

Thats what I thought but wouldnt it make more sense to put the bottom 2 teams in the relegation final
