Would Newmarket have a chance v CNM?

I wouldn't think so. CNM look the real deal this year and playing with a real edge. Saw them in the league twice and heard they kept Carbery Rangers at arms length in round 1 which is impressive going.

Ya I think if they can add goals to their game they'll be dangerous

Ya they have real talent in the forward line with hugh o connor and ryan o keeffe. They would cause problems for any defender at any grade

You would have to fancy CNM but I don’t think they’ve beaten Newmarket in championship before. Skibb surely under pressure now expect Ross to beat them. Clyda need to bounce back after the derby defeat otherwise they’ll be looking down rather than up. Kanturk had Knocknagree beat last year and we saw how easy Knock won it after. Kanturk not brilliant football side but huge men all over the pitch. My favourites.

Couple of teams in this grade might benefit from a relegation if bouncing back up within 1-3 years (Sibb being one of them imo). Gives young players a chance to develop in a winning group. Makes all the difference with the momentum when moving up a grade then.

I’m not sure have any teams been relegated and bounced back up though? Very hard to regain momentum. Clyda without Corbett must be under a bit of pressure now
