Only two Duhallow club teams have ever won PSFC in Cork so a great achievement for Knock to be even up there. I would see Knock as a similar level to Newcestown. Saw Daniel O’Mahony said in an echo article that they don’t have much players coming up and will have a right go in next couple of years as their time may be limited.

Eoin Fehilly the new Eire Og manager. Big job for someone who I believe wouldnt necessarily be a GAA man, more soccer. But I think it will turn out to be a shrewed appointment. Will also be very good for the S&C side of things

Eire og die hards must be finding it hard to watch there hurling club having been taken over by Gaelic football 20 yes ago now being taken over by soccer heads what next?

That’s one of the more bizarre appointments I’ve heard of now. Cathrach Keane is with him and will give plenty direction I’m sure but it’s still odd.

Rumour is that he has left already after 3/4 days, if true it must be some sort of record for being the shortest managerial appointment in Cork Gaa history!!

Group 1 the toughest of the 3 I feel.
