2025 Senior A Football Championship

With the rule changed a few years ago that is not sq ball unless he is standing there which he doesnt seem to be.

CnM's Ciaran Dineen carried off injured, also Corkery had arm in a sling after the match, either would be a big loss for the final.

I think theyd offer the exact same thing. You have to win something to go up end of.
I'd agree with this. Genuinely don't think there is much of a difference between the top senior A teams and the lower/middle tier of premier senior. One Prem senior team breaks away from the pack and has a run on any given year, i.e Mallow last year, who could easily of found themselves in a relegation final this year. Michael's absolutely pissed the Senior A a few years back remember. Beat Knock very handily in the final. The issue is the big 3 are generally quite a fair bit ahead of the rest, unfortunately making the rest of the teams look poor and inadequate. I'd be confident in saying who ever goes up next year would struggle, and would bite the hand off for just one win, like Michael's Valley and the rest.

Will you go away out of that. Newesctown were one kick of a ball away from beating Nemo yesterday. And no teams are the same in championship in a given year. Knocknagree in 2025 are a far better team than the team they had in 2022. Castlehaven are not the team they once were either. Cill na matra and Knocknagree have been competive in every grade they have contested.

So what would your expectation be for the winner next year?
