2025 & 2026 Senior A Football Championship

[WCJoe]

Correct, they've let things slide for the last 10-20 years, underage consistently poor. They had a fantastic minor/u21 group around 15 years ago - Price, Donal Og, Davis, etc but never translated to anything at senior level. That group of players is all but gone now and what has come through in the last 10 years has been junior level at best.

I wouldn't be surprised if they found themselves in Intermediate A before the 2020s are out. They have no one to blame but themselves, as previous poster said there's no drive in the club, and there hasn't been for years (playing and non-playing), stark stark contrast to their neighbours.

Can't believe I'm agreeing with you!

They gave the haven two fairly good runs in a semi and quarter in 11 and 13 but have fallen rapidly since then . A lot of gas people have moved from the town and the Kerry men that came in there in the 70s are old men now that ran the club

There should be a big crowd in Grenagh today.

Eire Og to win by 5+

Yep. Your plus will be probably 15 points. Clyda in relegation battle. They are poor but Eireog look a well coached outfit but just can't see them winning it outt you would never know when business end of the season arrives . And this is coming from a poster last year that thought thought that Eireog would slip another grade

2-22 to 1-03

Clyda & Skibb in relegation I'd say.

Clyda & Skibb in relegation I'd say.

Thats a seriously demoralising hammering for clyda.
