They tried in 2022 but they lost a vote in the Senate after Republicans voted against it.

So the Senate ultimately has a veto on a President's policy decisions. And I'm assuming it's not just the President who can bring Bills before the Senate.

So for matters that involve a change in law the only difference between the POTUS & Mickey D is that Mickey D can't put bills before the Dail.

And there are no party whips to ensure party members vote along party lines (OTC)

So really it doesn't matter who won for certain issues.

And as for all these LGBTQIA types leaving the US, where would they like to go?

Other than Canada I wouldn't think the rest of the Americas is as LGBTQIA friendly as the States, so unless they are coming to Western Europe, where are they going
