Good morning Froggy! You remind me of one of the MAGA loons in America, always pushing the latest conspiracy theory. If Midleton broke the rules, then the county board should apply the penalty. It is not the case "everyone knows the rules", as two different versions of the rules were quoted on this thread. Certainly clubs and county boards should know them.

What annoys me is that you, and others, seem intent on insisting that Pat Horgan has anything to do with the decision of the county board. I though you knew that a chairman (or woman) does not have a vote on a decision unless there is a tie. Apparently I'm giving you too much credit on that score. The way you (and others) have avoided naming Pat is rather funny, as if you felt safe in not doing so. Everyone knows who the chairman is and anyone who doesn't can simply visit the county website to find out.

I won't address any of the rest of your childish prattlings, but I'd just like to add one thing to your tiny store of knowledge. There is a crime called "Libel". It consists publishing anything that is false about another person, so unless you can prove that Pat Horgan had anything to do with the county board's decision, you should stop making those wild claims. I don't presume the county board pays any attention to what goes on in this place, but if it did, you would probably be safe anyway as the website would be deemed responsible.

Erin's Own are a fine club and it would not surprise me if they beat Midleton today, Que sera sera.

When Imokilly finally get disbanded you push the 4 best Senior A sides up a grade and have a proper 16 club team senior championship and drop the other Senior B sides down to intermediate.
The grades are working brilliantly as they are. Absolutely no need to go changing the number of teams, as things are now nobody is safe from the drop and also most of the twelve teams in each grade have a shot of at least making a semi final.

100% … club player never had it so good
Unfortunately pressure ( media types in particular looking to extend their own season ) to change split season and extend county season may mean a rowing back of current format to maybe 3 team groups with winner only qualifying or some such adjustment to scale back the club season.

V entertaining game between EO and Midleton. Lehane was exceptional. O’Connell and Saunderson also impressed. Good to see Robbie going well too.
