I wonder was there ever a good standard of hurling at senior level lads? Every single year thet I can recall on here there are the same fellas saying the same thing about a poor enough standard, god be with the great days of the golden era of cork senior hurling (insert date here as per your own personal nostalgia)

since 1982 only Midleton once and Newtown twice have been in finals, prior to that we had been in 9 out of the previous 10 finals, winning 7
