2024 Premier Senior Hurling Championship

Sars and Imokilly will be a snoozefest, neither have a passionate following and only for the (disinterested) parents of the kids they bring in for the half time go games they may as well play it off in Ballinlough

Sars are fairly boring alright. The quietest group of supporters I've come across. Never say boo at any match, no matter how exciting.

I'm not anti Imokilly at all so this isn't intended as a slight on them. But isn't it a shame in a way that the County final on Sunday isn't between two clubs that would have a buzz and anticipation about it. If Imokilly weren't in the mix you'd have a final between two of the county's best clubs or for arguments sake a historic first final appearance for a Kanturk or Fr O Neills. Watching the tipp final yesterday just struck me that's missing in Cork this Sunday

Not to mention the farce that will be Sars (understandable) efforts in Munster if they lose the County Final

I’m sorry now I have to pull you up on that. Every time Sars won the Co Final they’ve shat the bed in Munster. The result on Sunday is irrelevant in that respect.
If they lose the county final they won’t even reach the bed to shit all over it. 😀

To be fair most teams have shat the bed over the last decade at least

What we badly need is clubs winning 2 in a row or 2 in 3 years so they will start focusing more on the Munster championship when they get to it
