There is plenty need for this grade, and it is one of the better grades at that!

I would say the top 4 in Premier Junior are much better than the bottom 4 in Intermediate. Should be 2 up, 2 down between these grades for a couple of years.

I disagree. I think there should be an additional grade. There should be a Junior A county grade too of 12 teams.
You’d end up with better balanced divisional Junior A championships then too. Both County finalists promoted in each grade and 2 relegated.
At the moment you can predict the top couple in most divisions who are head and shoulders above the others. Because of this the vast majority of divisional Junior A teams have no chance of winning the championship or even making a final. That’s just nuts in this day and age.
