2024 Premier Intermediate Football Championship

It would not surprise me one bit if rock beat them! It's very tough to call an outright winner u would have to imagine its between Kilshannig, Bantry and Uibh Laoire wit Bantry just about favourites!

CTB v Kilshannig - CTB by 2, I believe Kilshannig have a lot of injuries in the camp and some away in America.

Uibh Laoire v Ilen Rovers - Uibh Laoire by 5, Ilen will be looking to bounce back from relegation but hard to see that happening here.

Aghabullogue v Aghada - Aghabollogue by 3, I think they can build on last year.

Naomh Aban v Bandon - Naomh Aban by 2, Ed Myers obviously a huge loss for Naomh Aban but think they still have too much for this Bandon side who could struggle this year.

Bantry v Nemo - Bantry by 4, I think Bantry will go far again this year and I feel Nemo could find themselves in a relegation battle.

Macroom v Rockchapel - Rockchapel by 1, closest game in this grade this weekend I reckon and Rockchapel are good at grinding out results.

It'll be interesting how Ilen go. That club should be doing far better than they are. Would back Bantry to go well.

When you look at the amount players (and good players at that) clubs are missing because they're away, you'd question what benefit there is to the urgency to play club championship in August.
