Castlemagner the only I would imagine are more than likely to retain. The other teams mentioned are certainly capable of retaining but in fairness most divisions now have at least 3/4 teams who would fancy their chances of winning the division. Most open county in a long time.
Beat Inniscarra by a point at the weekend in the quarter and play Kilmurry next, the B championship is fairly competitive in Muskerry currently so a good run is a good sign, no idea how it’ll impact their Junior A team this season, but they do seem to be going well underage in Grenagh currently.

They are yes, big ask for them as I imagine a few will be making the jump to intermediate so not sure how similar the team will be yet, not sure anyone was relegated but there was a slot to fill when Canovee went up.
No one was relegated in mid cork due to canovee winning the county , if Canovee hadn't won Dripsey would have clondhroid in the relegation final
No offence Ballinoras first team wouldnt of won the mid Cork Junior A the last 10 years. Although they have a lot coming through they will get an awful hiding.
