I really think Adrigole will be hard beat at this grade. Saw them a few times last year and was well impressed.

Re Ballinora, I’d imagine they will be stronger in a few years with the strength of the underage.

It must be said that there is not a lot of quality in this grade. A good few of these teams would struggle to get out of the group at Prem Junior. Anyone of Canovee, Kilmurry or Buttevant would easily be at business end of this grade from what I’ve seen

You can say that about all Intermediate A and Premier intermediate. The last 2 winners of intermediate A are the two teams who received the bye into the semi - final this year at premier intermediate level.

Perhaps, but they've always been strong underage.

They're a City club really, but without the sheer numbers of the proper City clubs to ensure enough players stick around at adult level to keep them operating at a high level.

Gutted for the lads today, left about 4 goals behind them and lost control when Blake Murphy started pulling goals out of nothing, should have probably been done and dusted at that point unfortunately and the Glanworth game is what really cost them.

Large amount of under 21’s playing so optimistic about the future all the same, we’ve been strong in underage recently alright, but there was still a point in the 2010’s where we needed Dripsey’s help to get a minor team out.

Think it’ll be Mitchelstown or Adrigole from here.

That’s very harsh on Ballinora, and I don’t know why Buttevant would be brought into this? But Ballinora won 2/3, you see a lot of teams going through on 2 points. Glanworth will always be underestimated but they’ve a well set up, organised team who are very hard to beat and have quality in their side.

Players cos of a wedding one player was best man and few others close friends but miss the match cos they were qualified anyway they also had a hassle over a wedding last year in the quather final
Against dromtarriffe don’t know what’s going on there

Glanworth gave Mitchelstown plenty of it. They were up 1-9 to 0-9 with 12 minutes to go. But Glanworth ran out of legs and had no impact from their bench to hold on. Mitchelstown finished strong with Cathail O' Mahony getting 3 or 4 vital late points. Professional athlete, Mark Keane dominated at midfield. Mitchelstown were very open at the back and they don't seem to be putting up huge scores like they used to be. They will be there or thereabouts for the county but they are certainly beatable. Glanworth also get through on score difference. They can thank Blake Murphy for scoring 3-3 in the 2nd half v Ballinora. Hard luck Patman.
