2022 Premier Senior Hurling

I'd argue he's a bigger prospect than Hoggy ever was at Joyce's age.

However I disagree with Red and Blue's point. Surely the Barrs boys are being more flogged playing dual stuff.
They are not being made play two knockout championship games on the same weekend are they?

Jack Leahy and Diarmuid Healy know what's required at senior level after today. Some hits being put in. That will stand to them big time. Two huge prospects.

Blackrock totally overdid the short ball today. They've great targets inside....the few good balls they played in had success.

Barrs will have to be well up for and on their game for Newtown. A very experienced Newtown team will be hard to beat imo.

You'd fancy a Barrs vs Blackrock final but Erins Own and Newtown both know what it takes to win this competition too.

Great days hurling , first game was strange , thought the Barrs just did enough but were there for the taking. This game will stand to them. Ben O Connor is something else , just going into leaving cert year and down the pairc putting a performance like that against seasoned men . Unreal. Ethan Twomey was excellent also. Douglas be very dissapointed when they went 2 points up in second half that they didnt drive on. Second game was very excited , fair play to Imokily to be mixing it with Blackrock . Blackrock seem to only play last 10 mins of the match. Would fancy them winning it at this stage.

Flogged by their clubs? 🤣
Well considering you made the claim that Joyce was being flogged by Imokilly (his second game with them nearly four weeks apart) and raised the issue of burnout but totally discount the issue of burnout at your own club who are doing the same.
Is you think burnout can't effect club dual players or is it okay when the Barrs are doing it?
