In fairness to Ballygiblin they are on some run and doing it without Darragh O'Flynn who is one of the brightest young talents in the county. Is Sean Sullivan also injured? Seen him listed on the program at number 24, he was on fire last year scoring goals for fun.

Ballygiblin seem to be the front runners in this grade. Shane Boston and Cathail O' Mahony are massive additions to the team and as a result they don't miss Darragh Flynn as much.

Russell Rovers had a big win v Tracton tonight but both teams will be still in the mix. Kilbrittain seem to be going well this year but looked really poor v Lisgoold last year, albeit Lisgoold were superb that night.

Milford are dark horses too. No one seems to be talking about them. Eoin Dillon and Anthony Watson is still playing for them. They gave Castlemartyr a right rattle in championship 2 years ago.

IMO Ballygiblin survived just about yesterday. After the sending off Agrideen used the ball very poorly, taking short puck out and landing it long straight down on Ballygiblins big men. Equally Ballygiblin drove it straight back. Using the ball shorter and picking scores from further out could have easily won Agrideen the game. Some bright individual performances from Ballygiblin. Will be a massive threat.

Argideen scored a point in the last 20 minutes of play. Never going to win like that. Think they were more concerned with Ballygiblin's danger men than playing their own game. Probably lucky Flynn wasn't there to boot.

Crazy run. Rewind a year ago and they would have bitten your hand off for a North Cork, playing without some of their best players. Now they're 2 games away from a second county in a row.

Heard they had over 30 togged out for a second team challenge game some day last week. Riding some crest of a wave!

Kammy won’t have ever witnessed anything like those scenes if we can somehow overcome the best club hurling team in Ireland, the Glanmire Galacticos
