The Gaelic Football Thread

Being from a club that has been on the wrong end of too many bad refereeing decisions for it to be merely coincidental, I can empathise with Glen and know too well the sour taste that may linger for years.

However a replay wouldn’t be justified, all the what if talk is BS, in reality, deep down all parties know the extra man for 5 seconds made feck all difference.

Great, if there's no tangible sanction to the team then it's open season to play with an extra man in the dying moments to close out a game 👍

Wonder could they play it before Dublin v Kildare next Saturday? Too soon?
They’d probably want a fortnight in the interest of fairness to both sets of players but the GAA and fairness don’t usually go hand in hand.

Either way this is a wholly embarrassing debacle for the GAA. Kilmacud will be bricking it. Imagine losing the replay.
