Talk is that Glen could be getting a replay.
Wonder could they play it before Dublin v Kildare next Saturday? Too soon?Apparently if Glen appeal, the GAA don't have a choice under the rules but to grant them a replay. Few lads could be waking up from a 2 day bender tomorrow morning and told they have to go again next week!!
Great, if there's no tangible sanction to the team then it's open season to play with an extra man in the dying moments to close out a gameBeing from a club that has been on the wrong end of too many bad refereeing decisions for it to be merely coincidental, I can empathise with Glen and know too well the sour taste that may linger for years.
However a replay wouldn’t be justified, all the what if talk is BS, in reality, deep down all parties know the extra man for 5 seconds made feck all difference.
Tiresome shite.Being from a club that has been on the wrong end of too many bad refereeing decisions for it to be merely coincidental, I can empathise with Glen and know too well the sour taste that may linger for years.
You are only to be admired for not holding a grudge.Being from a club that has been on the wrong end of too many bad refereeing decisions for it to be merely coincidental, I can empathise with Glen and know too well the sour taste that may linger for years.
Waiting for the version with the bould Enoch on the wrong side of the sideline.
They’d probably want a fortnight in the interest of fairness to both sets of players but the GAA and fairness don’t usually go hand in hand.Wonder could they play it before Dublin v Kildare next Saturday? Too soon?
