Enoch Burke wants to sue newspaper, High Court hears

Teacher Enoch Burke, who is currently in jail for contempt of court, wants to sue a newspaper over what were described as "false and defamatory" allegations that he had to be moved to another part of prison because he was annoying other prisoners.

After the judge told her son he couldn’t grant him a hearing sooner than Feb 16, Ms Burke accused the court of being “corrupt”.

The judge rose to allow for her removal from the courtroom.

The burden of proof being on the Indo to prove Enoch Burke is annoying.

Enoch will have to prove that he isn't annoying.

I initially thought he might have a plan of some sort with the contempt proceedings, but I cannot see one materializing.
