Many things have changed since then. Ryan got a frosty reception trying to get his notions approved by both the FF and FG parliamentary party just this week. Article I posted from earlier this month shows how stupid Ryan is. He wanted to ban ALL sales of turf, which are de facto commercial operations. And his attempt at getting his stupidity accepted he went for "rural communities" caveat which even his fellow Government TDs said is unworkable!
