What a disgusting bitch, hope they track her down and remove the child and charge her with cruelty.

Honestly taking the child away and putting the mother down is the only solution. Putting her down will be quick and painless unlike the fate of that poor dog.

Tbh, thats unfortunately partly the responsibility of the management company.

It should have been written into any rental agreement that the tenant is subject to quarterly inspections to ensure the property is being properly maintained.

If the place was well on the way to being in that state after 3 months she should have been booted out.
