From my perspective, that seems to be the kind of thing that happens all over the country.
Two young teens get drunk in a field and start feeling up each other.

More legislation is needed to handle cases of drunk 14 and 15 year old hormonal teenagers dropping the hand.

Is that honestly what you think happened in that case?

Did you miss this bit "They started kissing and then the accused sexually assaulted the victim"

And this bit "She agreed with counsel that his client made full admissions in an interview with gardaí. She agreed the accused acknowledged what he had done was wrong and said he was sorry on a number of occasions during the interview.

Mr Cody said his instructions are the accused “unequivocally” accepts responsibility for what happened, that it should not have happened and that he took advantage of a friend.

Because if you didn't miss all of that, I am not sure how you, could possibly think this was a case of "

I wonder did any of these judges ever drop the hand, him without sin and all that. I certainly did lots of times.

See where you are going wrong is mixing up "dropping the hand" with "sexual assault"

Hopefully you only got those things mixed up on here...

Consuming alcohol neither means that you can't commit sexual assault nor that you can't be a victim of it.

So unless you have a point to go with that, I fail to see the relevance.
