The Official PROC Restaurant review thread.

The demand isn't there at all.

There are 260 cafés in Cork City centre, far too many.
The city centre used to be dead 6.00pm until 9.00pm and now it is thriving with cafes, outdoor seating for bars and restaurants, ice cream shops, crepes, pedicures, hair extensions. Oliver Plunkett St and Pual St and environs are busy now all the time. Lots of our welcome foreign blow-ins and their families head out early etc.

I went down to Masseytown today, they were out of chicken at 3pm on a Saturday. How can a chicken rotisserie joint run out of chicken on the busiest afternoon of the week?

Anyway I got the Wagyu beef sandwich. €12.50. Around twice as expensive as it should be IMO.
