I was looking to cut back on Dairy , i’ve tried coconut milk and found it gave me wicked heartburn. Anybody use any milk alternatives ?

Same. I'm certain that I'll be accused of being some kind of woke soyboy, but oat milk with rooibos tea is a really nice drink. You get to cut down on dairy and caffeine...I find oak milk grand as a substitute.

You can self test by dropping them out and add items back in. There is allergen tests, but you'd want to have some notion on what you want tested.Incidentally, i am guessing a dietician wouldn’t tell you what foods don’t agree with you and tend to cause inflammation?
Would you need to be tested for food allergies for that ?
That was me. It's good for sore throats and a great alternative to coffeeSomeone here recommended Lemon and ginger Tea with a dash of honey. Lovely stuff…
Some dieticians are trained in FODMAP and I would highly recommend going to someone like that. I did it and found it very useful. It's not a bunch of woo nonsense, it's evidence-based and it is very effective for identifying foods that cause you problems.
