He is absolutely nowhere near being a 'great' player.

Yeah, I've never seen him do anything to impress me, many here who watch Serie A regularly rate him, but as someone who's only seen him in hte CL and internationals, I think he's massively over-rated. had some flashes of brilliance tonight, but overall he wasn't great.

He was alright, put a beautiful cross in for Stankovic, and was unlucky with that shot that went wide.

Should have stuck that header though.
