For three days at the end of this month, the Westlodge Hotel in Bantry will become a guitar player's heaven when the inaugural Wild Atlantic Guitar Festival takes place in the hotel on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, February 28th, 29th and March 1st. The festival will feather workshops, jam sessions, opportunities to perform live on stage and a 'meet the maker' event with renowned guitar builder Ari Sheehan. There are also plans for a pecial children's session on the Sunday afternoon. The headline gig with the hugely popular White Horse Guitar Club on the Saturday night is the only 'pay in' event of the whole weekend.
