Join us for a special guided tour of The Gibson Bequest: Selecting, Collecting & Philanthropy. Curated by Dawn Williams and Dr Michael Waldron, the exhibition celebrates the centenary of an important gift to the gallery, which secured the establishment of our collection of Irish and European works. Discover the secret stories behind the collection, including why we acquired Keating's Men of the South and Lavery's The Red Rose, but not Clarke's Strindbergian or Sheppard's The Death of Cúchulainn. The tour is followed by light refreshments at 12.30pm in the beautiful Gallery library. Pre-Booking is Essential.
