The Temperance Union

Pine Lodge, Myrtleville

Sun 28 Dec 2003 (note: this event has already taken place)

The Temperance Union formed in London in 1999, initially for a one-off recording, to indulge the members‚ collective love for the Byrds, Elvis, Neil Young and quality country music. The band was originally called Loudermilk, until a communiqué from the management of U.S. nu-metal upstarts Loudermilk forced a name change earlier this year. Their multi-instrumental sound is rooted in an alt country vein, underpinned with pop sensibility and topped off by the bittersweet of harmonies. A Bandicoot Promotion.
