The History of Prosecco at The Metropole Hotel

Ever wondered where Prosecco comes from, or indeed how Prosecco is made?

We are delighted to host an insightful masterclass event with Tindal Wine Merchants, to consider the geography of Prosecco and how Prosecco is made. Guests will be welcomed with a Prosecco cocktail before tasting their way through three different types of Prosecco's from the Perlage winery located in the Veneto region of Italy. Perlage is Italy's first organic vineyard. While learning about the 'Prosecco Process' from our expert. Each table will also enjoy delectable cicchetti along with Oysters towards the end of the event.

Located in the decadent Prosecco Lounge at The MET in the Metropole Hotel Cork, this is truly a fabulous evening not to be missed.
