Join award-winning food writer, food historian, cook, and broadcaster, Regina Sexton, for an immersive day-long food writing workshop at the 2019 West Cork Food Festival. Regina has written several books at both popular and academic levels. She has also written for radio, television and for numerous magazines and newspapers. She has co-ordinated the food writing module on the MA in Creative Writing at UCC. Regina will share her experiences, tips and techniques on effective food writing and she will invite participants to write creatively and critically about food, cookery and food issues.
