Cobh library will host a exhibition on the life of pawel strezelecki. Who was an explorer and philanthropist. He is responsible for saving over 200,000 children during’ an Gota More’ the great famine in Ireland. We also have a talk about polish soldiers who attended UCC in cork after WW2. The talk will be given by Doctor Bozena Cierlik of UCC. We will have polish jazz in the artist studio , sea shanties,pop. A Slavic village will be in the promenade inhabited by period dressed Slavs. The promenade will host Eastern European food crafts and jewellery.
