Niall McCabe is a singer/songwriter from Clare Island off the coast of Co.Mayo. Bringing together the deep silences of Island life and the traditional music of his childhood to the heart wrenching soul sounds he heard from the other side of the Atlantic and the pop music coming over the airwaves he is creating a style of his own he calls ‘Transatlantic Soul’, neither folk nor soul but drifting in the seas between.
Releasing two albums with his band he has performed with them and as a solo artist extensively in Ireland, Europe and America.
