'Follow the red thread' is an exhibition of contemporary textile art at West End Art Studios in Mallow. It will run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm until 25th August. The exhibition by recent graduates from MTU Crawford College of Art and Design’s Special Purpose Award in Art Textile includes wall-hung and sculptural pieces including weave, crochet, stitch, felting, print and natural dyes. The eight exhibiting artists are Theresa Connolly, Claudia Hernandez-Espinosa, Laurie Manning, Áine Sealy, Kay Roche, Marjan Vos, Patsy Atkinson and Sarah Buckley.
