It doesn't really do it for me. However, I've had great success using www.hrs.com (Eng version) whenever booking hotels... and the closer you book to the date of arrival... the more interesting it gets.
Have fun anyway ya tight cunt!

Will do Tone thanks.

Gotcha re Topshop.
It is not really a New York style smash and grab escapade that we are on rather more a relaxed look around with the budget to spend. Shopping centres will be a big no no.
Im after the definitive West End weekend away to be honest (as much as there can be one). Will try to not travel more than a mile from base (St James Park area), have great food and drink, spend some hard earned spons and relax in the heart of the Metropolis.

Don't listen to her on Top Shop. If your lady friend is into fashion, and looking for something a bit well, Londony, she has to go there. I'm not budging on this point.

Oxford Street - just by Oxford Circus. Go earlyish on Saturday, get it done, stroll up Regent's St towards Bentley's, have a sconce in Regent's St Uniqlo, and then reward yourself with a Hendrick's gin and tonic at the Bentley's bar before lunch. Must be Hendrick's.
btw - probably unnecessary pedantry, but it is just the basement of the big TopShop on Oxford Street, rather than a separate shop.

No bother. I'm fairly sure i've been in the top shop on Oxana to pick up pressies for my one - is that one open to another 3 or so similar shops and you can wander from one to another without going back on the street?

Nah, it's just a ginormous Top Shop. Go to Oxford Circus and you can't miss it.
