» Ten Minutes Till Dawn
Ten Minutes Till Dawn came together in the summer of 07 as a result of talking the usual bull down the local  Well.....thats how the seed was planted anyway Singer/guitarist Rory O Sullivan had a huge interest in music and joining a band and met bassist Patrick Robertson through his cousin. Patrick was playing with the london based band " Elmore " but was moving to cork to live and so was also keen to start something new. Rory's brother John had played drums in a local school band, wasn't up to much at the time and was talked into meeting up one evening in Rory's sitting room to see what would happen. With a couple of acoustic guitars and a tamberine they tried out a few covers and decieded to have a proper jam at the local rehersal studio's/huts After a few of these sessions they felt that it was better to try and write their own music and begain to form they're own sound. As a result they have played many gigs around cork including cyprus avenue,an cruiscin lan and the whiskey, to name but a few. The lads have been busy writing and tweeking over the summer and are looking forward to getting their sound out there. Plans are a foot for a major recording session in the new year to lock down some of their tracks and push their unquie sound to the unexpecting public Keep an eye out for Ten Minutes Till Dawn at a venue near you and feel free to leave a comment!
