| ClaySoul are producers John Burke & Warren Tivy. Based in Youghal Co. Cork, Ireland they have been writing and recording music for some years now from the same studio at Claycastle, Youghal, Co. Cork. Warren’s most notable work to date has been with The Lunersea, an eclectic dance/rock outfit from a few years back. John was working on his own ongoing project with deBurca. It was at this point that John and Warren both met and decided to get together and so Claysoul was born. Their sound is usually a montage of guitars, synthesisers, beats and vocals. Claysoul like to work with other artists and some guests have featured on many of their tracks. The vocal talents of Marie Claire O’Sullivan can be heard on the “Claysoul EP” and she will also be working with Claysoul on new material in 2007. To date they have had a debut EP entitled “Claysoul” and in December 2006 they will release their second offering of four tracks available on CD and digital download. The opening track from the debut EP “Raise” has been remixed and new vocals have been added by MC Dodge. This version can be found on the 2006 Southern fried compilation. More Live performances are also on the cards for 2007. You can call or email for further info. Contact: info@claycastlerecording.com www.myspace.com/claycastlemusic Tel: 00353 24 90885 |
