There's a lovely Scottish Salsa fusion band called Salsa Celtica. I'm not a huge fan of salsa - but their stuff is excellent - especially live.

I can suggest hundreds - But start with some Willie Colon or Fania Allstars.

Seen as we have this thread up here... canyone recommend any good Brazilian sounds? Nothing electronic please, unless it's well worth looking into.

drop www.salsaireland.com a line, they do a lot of salsa stuff in cork and may have the info you require
