You'll have to use something like total recorder or streamripper for winamp to record the stream.
Total recorder is cool because it has a scheduler - but it aint free!!

cheers for the tip drew, im trying to figure out if your just ripping the piss.but i actually could just record it with my minidisc like that id say.

Nope - that's a valid way of doing it. Much less hassle to use streamripper though.
