First of all, if you are booking with your credit card, find out what coverage you already may have by doing so.

I don't know anything about the website you have there.
Seriously consider getting worldwide annual insurance though. It can pay for itself in two trips and most of us seem to do that nowadays.
Aer Lingus were advertising it for E59 (you don't need to be on one of their flights), so you should be able to find that through their website.
Remember to read the small print to check that it has all the cover you want.

I get my travel insurance through AIB. Very good prices especially if you have private medical insurance already with emergency overseas cover.
I'm going to India in April and my insurance is costing me €27.

Yearly cover is best if you travel more than once a year, as stated earlier. I used to work for STA travel, who do a good worldwide 12 month cover. beware of excess fees etc and make sure of the level of single item cover and repatriaton details when buying cheapo policies online.
