I love millions of songs that are deeply uncool, but I make no apologies for it. A few examples that come to mind would be:

Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves - Cher
Bad Medicine - Bon Jovi
November Rain - Guns and Roses
Be With You - Mr. Big
More Than Words - Xtreme
Back for Good - Take That
Babe - Take That
A Million Lovesongs - Take That
Okay, pretty much every major Take That hit...
And East 17... ("outside it's raining but inside it's wet!")
And 5ive...
Say Hello, Wave Goodbye - Soft Cell

I could be here all night with this. I have no shame like.

Big into More Than a Feeling lately.

Just got Foreigner - I want to know what love is on record. It was a good day.

The ipod is riddled with guilty pleasures including:
gwen stephanie: hollaback girl
Babylon zoo: spaceman
roy Orbison: you got it
The beloved: Sweet harmony
Cindy Lauper: Time after time [the original AND a happy hardcore version!!]
Len: if you steal my sunshine
Strike, Livin' Joy and every other ROCO tune...

Pretty shameful.

I recently robbed all my auld fella vinyls and started listening to prog rock. I've spent my whole life going on about how prog rock is just musical wanking, now I own a listen to nearly every "Yes" album ever commited to record.

Topaz by the B-52's..although I would maintain it's great pop rong, and Nile Rogers from Chic plays guitar, so not exactly without merit.

All I Want for Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey...well tis the season..first time I heard it I assumed it was a cover of an old Phil Spector tune...was gutted to find out she actually wrote it!
