Norton Installation help
We tried to install norton yesterday and it all went wrong. Half of it installed but I can't remove it and when I try to install it, it says that I have to remove the old version first but I can't.
Anyone have any (simple) ideas of what I could do to solve this problem?

I shall try the uninstall.exe thing.
I tried removing it from the remove programs and that's when it says I need to remove the old one first.

Yes but I'd prefer to fix the norton as I don't want to see 50 euro go down the drain.
