Default IGNITION RETURNS : D'n'B at it's best....

We're back... Following a short break we are now igniting Corks scene with some more of the Drum n Bass and Breakbeats that you've been missing for sometime now.

It's gonna take off fortnightly in the Vineyard , with electro taking up the alternating Friday nights.

Breakbeats / Drum’n’bass / Visuals

Following the huge response to the opening night , IGNITION is now set to become the platform for the best Drum’n’bass / Breakbeat acts , be they local , national or international to set this City of Culture alight!

The aim of the nite is to showcase as much up and coming talent from around the city, the country and indeed the globe as is possible.

We may even allow the more established acts to play and show us how the old-skool try to keep up with us.

Watch this space for details , but be sure of igniting!

Friday 21st October
The Vineyard,

Market Lane,
Patrick Street.

Adm: 7 euros.

IGNITION

ERNIE
ADLIB
BILLYBREAKS

MOONEY

This time around we are bringing you two lads from the Galway scene who will play alongside residents BillyBreaks and AdLib.

Ernie started out as an indie dj way back in 1996. However soon after he got a job in a local pirate station where his love of jungle and d'n'b came alive. In 1999, he helped establish and became resident in what came to be Galways longest running Drum'n'Bass night Jungle Fever. We are delighted to have a veteran of the game who is sure to amaze us with some tricks he has picked up along the way.

Mooney has been working his way down the coast following on from his success in his native Galway. Having brought the people of Galway to their knees he decided to give them a breather and moved on to a number of residencies, most notably in Ennis wher they still haven't recovered. We are delighted to be able to bring him to Cork where the d'n'b faithful never stop!!!!!!!

Be prepared for IGNITION
