Default Anyone recommend somebody for audio mastering

Everybody has the software these days but we're looking for professional standard mastering for two tracks for CD. Would be nice to use somebody local with experience if possible. If you know somebody please email us at the address below.

the guy madtheory who posts on the board occasionally
is fantastic, he really added to my last album
mastering is one of the key exceptions to the phrase "you can't make chicken soup out of chicken shit"

check him out

pm if you want his number
i really rate him and it's great to keep the work in cork

It’s always a good idea to match the producer /mastering engineer to the type of band he/she is working with. Like you said everyone has the software and loudness is only half the job when it comes to mastering. So on those points I would recommend MT as well.
If that does not work out contact a band called playto( I have a number) , they got their album mastered in the states for a reasonable price and it sounds first-rate.
It would be nice to think you can keep it local but sometimes you have to make a decision for the benefit of the band.
Revere got their album done in OZ and it also sounds like a commercial release .
