If Cork play as well as we know they can then I don't think it'll matter how well Galway play, we'd still win it. IF!

Default Galway v Cork

Gardiner is a shoe-in for hurler of the year. That doesn't mean Cork will win however. For the first time Cork will meet a team that is as fast as them and capable of taking the man on!It really depends on the battle in midfield and the Cork1/2back line.I mean Galway's full forward's line won't do anything without the ball will they?however if Galway even break even in the 1/2 forward line then it could pay dividends!Niall Healy won't get 3 goals from the "Rock", that's for sure but will Hayes be as quiet the next day??I would trade Hayes playing well for Healy being quiet any day.And who's to say that the Cork 1/2 forward line won't wake up at last, they owe a good performance once this year.Really hard to say about this one, Cork have greater experience and that's a huge help but no-one (including myself )expected Galway to beat Tipp and they did, no-one (including myself)expected them to beat Kilkenny and they did so who's to say??Could be a great game and I can't wait!!

Have ye seen the scumbags flogging tickets for over a grand a pair on eBay? These shits probably got the tickets for nothing and are now trying to make a killing. I know that anyone that would pay those kinds of extortionate amounts are slightly mad and not a little stupid but it would make you wonder what kind of people are bidding on them. The people that could easily afford to fork out €1200 for a pair of tickets and not think twice about it are probably the kind of people that have tickets handed to them for nothing anyway and, if fact, are probably the very same people that are selling them! I emailed the GAA about it and was told that my email "has been forwarded to the relevant person in Croke Park". I HATE TOUTS!

Seen the same thing last year before the football final Widebhoy. I sent an email to the GAA about it and got a reply saying "we'll look into where these tickets are sourced from etc. etc ". Knew it was only lip service.

An awful lot will depend on who wins midfield. As this is so crucial to how each forward line receives possession. We've seen this year that when we are beaten at mid-field, our half-back line come under savage pressure and cracks appear.
We know that if Cork's mid-field perform, there is no stopping them and I believe they will be on song and will win.

sorry kid have to disagree with ya on "the rock" subject. o sullivan is not a great, he got hassled in every game this year and got mangled, first by u 21 player and then by a player who hasnt played in year in last year county final, against piarsaigh, he looks good because he has good players around him i really dont rate him, cork have there hands full and bein a loyal cork fan cork have struggled this year i think, right great win against waterford in munster semi and best first half display i've ever seen against tipp but struggled against them waterford cunts and really struggled against them clare knackers, who have no balls ask davy fitz with bitchy voice. top senior players need to stand up john gaa, sean og no complaints this year, they will perform yet again, half forward line murphy/b o conner, timmy mac and niall mac really have to perform give the ball to joe and he'll cause damage we need a fit corcoran he has a wise head on him great man in the dressing room for the speeches cork need a big game to defeat a very hungry galway side

I have been following Hurling the last couple of years and getting into it quite a bit.

I thought the Galway/Kilkenny semi is the best match I have seen.

The final will be close cos Galway's youngsters are coming through and they look like a team who will be there or thereabouts for a good few years to come but I reckon experience will win the day and I reckon (and hope) Cork do it.

Expect Cork to win by about 3-4 ponits in a game which has 4 goals!
