The Gardaí have a very good reputation when it comes to these crimes (the father of a victim was on the radio praising the horrible job the sex crimes unit do last week) so I would say the victims are and were their first and foremost priority.

Imagine if your job was to have to watch videos or look at pictures of children being raped by an adult. I don't know how people do that without becoming suicidal. They deserve huge credit.
They do become suicidal, I know of two people who were in computer forensics one had a breakdown the other committed suicide. An extremely tough job and I don't believe anyone would be able to unsee what has been seen.

My work colleagues reckon it's rugby or harse racin' related.Our country cousins are coming in a distant third.
