The Mater Private in Mahon do several types of health checks going from €300-600 I think. If you have health insurance they may cover some if not most of that (usually once every two years or something)

I just realised I had absolutely no idea what the guidelines for alcohol intake are here.. its actually grand!

According to that you can drink almost 3 bottles of wine per week and stay within the max allowance. Also recommended to have 2-3 alcohol free days successively which i would do

hmm.. who'd a thunk it

Balls, no health insurance either .

Fuck it, I’m up a few quid on the crypto so might as well get the works done.

Not a big drinker, enjoy a smoke of the green now and again and am in decent nick for my 37 years.

Could be the best 600 quid I ever spent if they found something big but caught it in time

Don't go to the pub a lot these days so its a bottle of wine with the missus. I never give up drink for a given period, fuck that, can't see the point.. but there is also never a week when i go and get locked 5 nights of the 7
Substitute beer for wine and that would be pretty much my scene as well, I feel I've earned a beer on a Friday after a week's work but am mindful of the need to be fresh on a Saturday morning which is my favourite part of the week.

I doubt there's any need to be forking out 600 on medical tests at a health 37 years of age.
