Well, I don't know if it qualifies as a monument in the strictest sense. But I like Shandon Steeple because it traditionally represents Cork.

The Statcha i.e. Fr. Matthew. Even though I feel sorrow that he has to look on so many super-inebriated Corkonians staggering past every night.

The wonky erection near the Carlton, for something contemporary.

Shandon Tower. It is the global symbol of Cork. As is the Ha'penny bridge or the giant hypodermic syringe in Dumpland.
