We've learned nothing from the planing mistakes of other countries. There are big enough sites (like brooks haughton size?) in and around the city centre n'est pas?

This will put us on the map. A monorail from the event centre to Ikea will be the icing on the cake.

Heard this maybe off the table , as it were , for Carrigtohill.
Concerns over traffic, which may well be fair concerns candidly.

Anybody hear anything else ?
