Another guy further out the fields living on a bench, two tents in the grounds of the church near the old greyhound track, guy sleeps in the park during the day and walks around all night as it is safer, three tents on the grass area near where the bandstand used to be, tent at the top of the centre park road, tent on the grass area by the river in front of jurys. The sad thing is this shit is becoming normal,I wonder did any of the cunts down for the cabinet meeting stop at any of these spots for a photo shoot? but there are very few votes in homeless people. Didn't we fix the problem last year when the chap died on the streets of Dublin?

Practical needs? You do know that homeless people have difficulty brushing teeth as they can't get clean water?
